Shipping involves shared responsibilities — here's exactly what each party handles.
Customer Responsibilities: What you must do to ensure successful delivery
- You must confirm the model and color of your item before placing an order. Once an order enters our processing system, changes cannot be made.
- You are responsible for monitoring your shipment and providing any information or documentation requested by the carrier or customs. If delivery fails or the package is returned due to the recipient's inaction, Modifyt cannot provide a free refund or replacement.
- You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. Modifyt does not cover these fees.
- Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order. Modifyt is not responsible if a shipment is refused entry or seized due to local import restrictions.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Modifyt's Responsibilities: What we manage from our end
- All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse in China.
- Order processing may take longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- All payments are processed securely in USD through trusted payment providers. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. Modifyt is not responsible for these additional charges.
- Once an order has entered our warehouse processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shared Accountability: Working Together for Successful Delivery
Successful delivery depends on both parties.
Customers are responsible for confirming product details, providing accurate shipping information, monitoring shipment progress, responding to carrier or customs requests, and complying with local import regulations.
Modifyt is responsible for accurately processing and shipping your order, providing tracking information, and maintaining transparent shipping charges. However, we cannot control customs procedures, local carrier operations, government regulations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
